    Gone: CTI, CyberTech Inc

Post by EricBlade on Sat 07 Mar 2009, 1:56 pm

CTI was a trivia and messaging game written in PHP, and based loosely on the Pyroto Mountain game originally from the BBS era (also there was a web version). Similar games still exist, like Ankhet, with an Egyptian theme. CTI was built with a technological/cyberpunk theme.

I do not currently have screenshots, however I think I do have enough left of the game to re-create it, so I would like to do that in the near future.

Movement in CTI consisted of moving forward, backward, left, right, on a "grid" of sorts.

Here was my original concept art for the direction control button:

The very first screenshot from the very first test of the CTI game

It changed a whole heck of a lot after that, that was just to get something running.

Good news - I found the entire codebase for this (as well as some other stuff). Not sure exactly what I want to do with it, though.
